1. What training do you provide on behalf of D&A College?

I am an IT trainer and deliver Microsoft software training, primarily Excel, on behalf of the college.  

2. What impact does this training have on business clients? 

I'd like to think that the impact of my training helps businesses with productivity and boosts efficiency, enabling the college's business clients to improve their spreadsheet skills.

3. What do you enjoy the most about the training you provide? 

What I most enjoy is getting the opportunity to go into local businesses and working with their staff. No training day is ever the same. Every business uses Excel in a different way and it's great when I can help people with solutions to their Excel questions!

4. What do you like about working with D&A College in partnership?

I really enjoy working in partnership with D&A College. The team is really friendly and efficient. Communication is great and they always give me such lovely companies to work with.

5. What are your thoughts on the benefits of partnership working?

Partnership working is really flexible. I am glad that I am able to tailor my courses to suit the client and deliver the training in the location of their choice.

6. Are there any particular experiences from working with the college that you have enjoyed the most?

I have honestly loved every training day I have done for D&A College's business clients. It's given me the opportunity to go to many different places in the Central Belt and East Coast of Scotland including St Andrews, Carnoustie, Dundee and Perth. I recently delivered Excel upskilling training for the office and admin team at a golf course on behalf of the college and the training took place in the most beautiful conference room I have ever been in!
