Learners will develop a range of skills that will enhance employability; focus; teamwork; communication; confidence; and aptitude in the care area. 

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this course. As part of the interview process, there will be a written task specific to the subject of care.

Method of Assessment

Continuous assessment throughout the year and end of unit tests/assessment.

Future Prospects

Successful completion of this course will enable learners to apply for Step Up to Care.
