Candidate must be employed in a suitable post within the hospitality sector.
Over 12 months candidates will develop skills within the hospitality industry covering preparing, providing and clearing areas for food and beverage service.
There are 10 units including: - Health and Safety in Hospitality - Work Effectively as part of a Hospitality Team - Impact of Personal Behaviour - Maintain Food Safety in a Hospitality Environment
Plus other specialist skills such as Barista work.

Each apprentice will be working towards a MA in Hospitality Services atSCQF level 5 (GM2N 22), which will be awarded following successfulcompletion of all 10 units.
Each apprentice is required to achieve the following core skills:
• Communication SCQF 4• Working with Others SCQF 4• Problem Solving SCQF 4• Information Communication Technology SCQF 3• Numeracy SCQF 3
Candidates are to undertake an enhancement in customer care inhospitality certificate..
The programme will take 12 months to complete. Work based assessorswill review every 12 weeks throughout the duration of the programme.
