Data for Leaders
This fully-funded course, part of the Levelling Up programme, is designed for managers and leaders who are keen to understand data better to make informed decisions.
This 2-day programme uses data visualisation and analysis tools to provide aspiring or current leaders with the skills and understanding of the value that data can provide to their business and the importance of data interpretation and data-led decision-making. Data drives massive gains in productivity, efficiency and innovation.
This programme is not technical or industry-specific. It is for leaders who know that data represents a key opportunity but who wonder what data can achieve for them and what their next steps should be.
This course is designed to help you understand data in a business setting and teach you how to analyse and visualise data using tools for problem-solving and communication. We use Power BI to explore methods for information gathering and strategies to boost organisational performance and maximise opportunities.
