This course has been designed to provide you with a good understanding of how to manage your wellbeing and build your resilience and help you build a stronger you!

Before you start, please work through the short knowledge check. This tool will help you to evaluate what you already know, where to focus your learning when working through the course, and if you need additional support before starting College.
