Keskuspuisto Vocational College provides vocational special needs education and training (VET) for young people and adults and is designed for students who need special support in their studies due to disability, illness or delayed development.

The staff are visiting our facilities across all three campuses, whilst gaining an understanding of our study programmes and how we support our students. This is a great opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss opportunities for student exchanges in the future.

Keskupuisto College are a new partner through Erasmus+, D&A College hold the Erasmus charter badge of quality which attracts leading EU institutions to us, as well as open doors to exciting opportunities for our staff and students in the years to come.

Five staff from our Supported Education team will be travelling over to Finland in May 2018 as part of the ongoing international engagement. Their focus will be on the different innovative learning and teaching approaches and how these can be transferred into the team’s best practises.

“The Supported Education Teamare delighted to welcome our colleagues from Finland. We are keen to exchange knowledge and ideas on different approaches in Learning and Teaching for students with additional learning challenges”.
