Course Content

This course consists of four mandatory units: develop operational plans; provide leadership in your area of responsibility; develop and sustain productive working relationships with stakeholders; manage business processes. Four optional units can be chosen from an extensive list of units reflecting the wide range of management job roles.

Entry Requirements

No formal qualifications are required to undertake this work-based qualification. Applicants must be employed in a suitable management post. This course can be started at any point in the academic year.

Continuous assessment/e-portfolio.
