Course Content

This course consists of three mandatory units: manage and be accountable for own performance in a business environment; manage work in a business environment; manage communications in a business environment. Five optional units can be chosen from an extensive list of units reflecting the wide range of administrative management job roles.

Entry Requirements

No formal qualifications are required to undertake this work-based qualification. Applicants must be employed in a suitable post with responsibility for people and processes.

Method of Assessment

Continuous assessment/e-portfolio.

Future Prospects

Progression to degree level study or professional qualifications.
