SVQ Level 3 Management

Course Content

This course consists of five mandatory units: develop your knowledge; skills and competence; lead your team; manage people's performance at work; provide healthy, safe, secure and productive working environments and practices. Three optional units can be chosen from an extensive list of units reflecting the wide range of junior management job roles.

Entry Requirements

No formal qualifications are required to undertake this work-based qualification. Applicants must be employed in a suitable post and undertaking junior management/supervisory duties. This course can be started at any point in the academic year.

Method of Assessment

Continuous assessment/e-portfolio.

Future Prospects

Possible progression to SVQ Level 4 Management.
