SVQ Level 3 Customer Service

Course Content

This course consists of two mandatory units: communicate using customer service language; follow the rules to deliver customer service. Five optional units can be chosen from an extensive list of units reflecting the wide range of customer service job roles.

Entry Requirements

No formal qualifications are required to undertake this work-based qualification. Applicants must be employed in a suitable post with access to duties in relation to customer service. This course can be started at any point in the academic year.

Method of Assessment

Continuous assessment/e-portfolio.

Future Prospects

Progression to SVQ Level 4 Customer Service.
