Course Content

This course consists of three mandatory units: plan how to manage and improve own performance in a business environment; review and maintain work in a business environment; communicate in a business environment. Five optional units can be chosen from a list of units reflecting a range of administrative roles.

Entry Requirements

No formal qualifications are required to undertake this work-based qualification. Applicants must be employed in a suitable post with access to administrative duties. This course can be started at any point in the academic year.

Method of Assessment

Continuous assessment/e-portfolio.

Future Prospects

Progression to SVQ Level 4 Business and Administration.
