Course Content

This course consists of three mandatory units: agree how to manage and improve own performance in a business environment; undertake work in a business environment; prepare to communicate in a business environment. Five optional units can be chosen from an extensive list of units reflecting the wide range of administrative job roles.

Entry Requirements

No formal qualifications are required to undertake this work-based qualification. Applicants must be employed in a suitable post with access to administrative duties. This course can be started at any point in the academic year.

Method of Assessment

Continuous assessment/e-portfolio.

Future Prospects

Progression to SVQ at Level 3.
