Course Content

This course covers various pure maths topics, including algebraic operations, indices, surds, trigonometry, quadratics and functions, and is a pre-requisite for progression to Higher Mathematics.


Study Options

  • In-Person Classes (Recommended): Weekly evening classes at our Gardyne Campus (6-9 pm). Direct support from tutors, peer collaboration and a structured environment
  • Distance Learning: Independent study with online materials. Requires strong self-discipline and motivation, with mandatory campus attendance for assessments.

Entry Requirements

A pass in National 4 Mathematics (or equivalent) is recommended. Applicants with other qualifications or experience may still be considered following a diagnostic test and/or interview.

Method of Assessment
