An Introduction to Dog Grooming Part 2

Course Content

This course covers: getting to know equipment – handling, using, cleaning and maintaining equipment. Applying styles and techniques to various breeds, health and safety, continuing cutting styles and hand stripping.

Entry Requirements

Course applicants must be aged 16 or over and have completed Introduction to Dog Grooming Part 1.

** Participants will be required to bring a dog for the practical elements - we do not provide dogs for grooming.**

Method of Assessment

This course is a mixture of written and practical assessments.
