Fast Track Business, Administration and Accounting

Course Content

This course will provide candidates with the skills and knowledge in the areas of business management, business administration, and accounting. 

Learners will have a unique opportunity to study over one academic semester, acquire essential knowledge, and establish fundamental core skills such as communication, problem-solving, working with others, IT, and numeracy skills. 

The course is tailored to prepare learners for employment or further education. It is suitable for school leavers and mature applicants who meet the entry requirements or have relevant work experience. 

Entry Requirements

Candidates will have previously studied at Nat 5 level (min 4 with grade C or above) or have relevant work experience.

Mature applicants will be assessed individually; selection will be based on an interview.

Future Prospects

This course will allow for progression onto HN level courses in Business, Administration & IT, or Accounting in August 2024. Applicants not accepted for the HNC may still be considered for relevant certificate programmes.
