REHIS Online Introduction to Food Hygiene
Course Content
A short, flexible induction training pack designed to help gain an understanding of the importance of hygiene in all aspects of food handling and food production. The pack includes access to the online course and the Hygiene Sense booklet.

Entry Requirements
Candidates must have Internet Explorer 8 or above with the latest Flash Player installed. Mac users must also have the latest Flash Player installed on their browser to allow them to use the system. Course fees are £15.
Method of Assessment
An online course where applicants work their way through 8 modules concluding in an online assessment.
Future Prospects
Candidates could move onto our REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Course.
