You will learn how to use the service design process to understand problems and develop solutions.

This course is suitable for individuals who have not previously used service design tools and methods and are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and insightful introduction.

Irrespective of your role or organisation, you can apply a human-centred design thinking approach to connect with people, identify problems, and bring ideas into reality.

All courses are taught in English, and we recommend you have good basic English skills to get the most out of the course.

This course is not assessed, but you will receive a digital certificate from the Service Design Academy.
