Our Help Points are open from 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday - Friday during term-time and remain open throughout the holidays* with the exception of our Christmas break.

Our busiest times are 11 am–2 pm daily, if you are in a hurry or don’t want to wait we suggest visiting outside of these times if possible.
