Full-time Academic Courses

For full-time courses a non-refundable £7875 is payable into the College bank account before a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) can be issued, or a full offer of a place given.

ESOL Courses

For ESOL courses lasting less than 16 weeks, full non-refundable fees of £300 per week are payable in advance into the College bank account before a full offer of a place given.

Refund policy

The tuition fees, less an administrative charge of £600, will only be refunded in the event of a visa refusal, against documentary proof of refusal.
No refund will be given if the reason for visa refusal is based on the grounds of deception or non-genuine documents, or if the reason for refusal is within the students’ own control.
Please note that any agreed refund will only be repaid to the person who paid the fees, and not to a third party. In no other circumstances can the deposit be refunded.

Please note: No variation to this policy is possible. Once a CAS is issued, no fees can be refunded.
If the student decides to withdraw from the College during the year for any reason, the fees are not refundable under any circumstances and the UKBA will be informed.

On the bank transfer form, the full name of the student, date of birth and course title must be given. If this is not done, the College will not be able to identify the student concerned, and will have no record of the payment.

Fees can also be paid by credit / debit card. Please call the Finance team on +44 (0)1382 834923 or attend the College in person to pay by card, cheque or cash.
