Mental Health Training
Creating a better working environment for your team
1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem at any one time.
At Dundee & Angus College, we firmly believe that an individual's overall wellbeing is essential, and their mental health should be given the same level of importance as their physical health. As such, we strive to help businesses prioritise mental health initiatives in their workplace.
Did you know that on average, there is a positive return on investment of around £5 for every £1 invested in mental health interventions in the workplace? (Mental Health Foundation, Feb 2022). Looking after your employees wellbeing will pay dividends for your business in the long term and create a better environment for everyone to thrive.
