CMI Level 5 Certificate in Project Management

Course Content

The qualification structure and organisation of units for these qualifications have been informed by CMI 21st Century Leaders 1, and has two mandatory units:

● Managing Projects to Achieve Results

● Conducting a Management Project.

The qualification structure has been designed to support learners to address own development needs and interests. The units developed will also enable organisations to tailor the CMI Certificate to address specific organisational development needs.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements however it is expected that applicants are working within or towards a management role at junior/middle management level. 

Method of Assessment

Online workshops with tutor support and self-study resources.

Future Prospects

Candidates can build on the CMI Certificate and progress to the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.
