Accessing College ICT Systems

Our cross-campus Digital Services team is here to help with any computer-related queries.

Username and Password

As a student of Dundee and Angus College you are automatically provided with a College username. Your username will be a 7 digit number, followed by @dundeeandangus.ac.uk for example 1234567@dundeeandangus.ac.uk. This may also be referred to as your student ID number

As part of the registration process a password will be created and emailed to you. If desired this password can be changed to something easier to remember

You can reset your password by visiting Microsoft 365 from a computer or other device, click Sign-in, type in your Email address and click Forgotten my password option and the process will walk you through a password reset. If you are not sure how to do this, watch the short video below

Remember to change your password regularly and keep it safe. Do not disclose your password to anybody else. If you have forgotten your password and are unable to reset it using the option above, please email digital@dundeeandangus.ac.uk

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
