Gym 3 availability calendar

Gardyne Theatre offers a 360-seat, modern, fully equipped performance space ideal for concerts, conferences, theatre productions and community events.

With professional lighting and sound, comfortable tiered seating and excellent accessibility, it provides a high-quality venue for events of all sizes.

The College can provide front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar services, or hirers are welcome to provide these themselves. To enquire about availability, please email the Bookings Team at bookings@dundeeandangus.ac.uk with your required dates, and the team will get in touch to gather the information needed to progress your booking.

To make a booking, please use the online calendar on this page. You can view live availability, make a booking, and pay online.
If it’s your first time booking, you’ll be prompted to register for our customer portal. This allows you to:

• View and manage your bookings
• Make payments or set up payment plans
• Submit new booking requests online

Alternatively, if you have any queries about availability, pricing, or facilities, or if you are unable to pay upfront for your booking, please email bookings@dundeeandangus.ac.uk, and we will be happy to help set up your booking.

For Sports bookings, please report to the Gardyne Sports Centre reception.

For any other bookings, please report to the Help Desk or Caretakers on campus.

Yes, changing rooms and shower facilities are available on site.

Yes, free parking is available on site.

Yes. Our technicians will ensure the facility is set up and ready for your booking before you arrive.

Yes, we have equipment available, including:

• Footballs
• Tennis equipment
• Badminton equipment
• Table tennis bats

You are also welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer.

We do not currently have a café. However, water fountains are available throughout the facility, and a vending machine with snacks and soft drinks is located at reception.
