Course Content
This full-time course is designed for learners who need extra support to build confidence and develop key life and study skills.
Learners will work on improving their confidence, teamwork, and coping strategies in different situations. The course also helps learners develop essential, transferable skills that prepare them to move on to level 4 courses.
Learners will gain recognised qualifications from SQA and City & Guilds, helping them progress in their education or career.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course. Applicants will attend an interview as part of the selection process.
Method of Assessment
Continuous assessment throughout the year and end of unit tests/assessment.
Future Prospects
Full-time vocational college courses at level 4; employment and supported employment; referrals to Skills Development Scotland; volunteering opportunities or wider community opportunities.
