Entry Requirements

To have completed four years of secondary education with National 5 qualifications or equivalent grades, with a keen interest in hospitality. Applicants may be asked to provide a reference.

Method of Assessment

Ongoing internal continuous assessments using various methods including open-book and closed-book assessments, observations and projects.

Future Prospects

This course has been designed to meet the growing needs of the hospitality industry, allowing the learner the opportunity to go straight into employment or to progress onto Advanced Diploma in Hospitality.
