What will I learn?

Entry Requirements
No formal qualifications are required. Experience or knowledge of traditional IT Support systems is an advantage. Learners must be in suitable employment to gather real workplace evidence for assessment.

Competency-based assessment using your workplace evidence, observed practice, professional discussion, and knowledge checks - all recorded in your online e-portfolio.
Future Prospects
