Hospitality students serving VIP energy at Oasis concerts

Our Hospitality & Professional Cookery students have been turning up the heat on their skills with an incredible hands-on opportunity - joining Hospitality and Professional Cookery Lecturer, Rosie in the VIP section of one of the busiest gigs of the year - Oasis at Murrayfield. 

They had the chance to immerse themselves in a high-profile, fast-paced hospitality environment, serving VIP guests and working alongside seasoned industry professionals - giving them real-world, career-ready experience that sets them apart! 

Advanced Professional Cookery student Holly, who had the opportunity to dish up four-course meals in the VIP suites and got a taste of work in the hight-energy and high-profile setting shared: “I’ve loved the band since I was a child, so I was buzzing when the opportunity came up. It was such a good experience seeing catering at that scale and I would definitely do it again.”
