Dundee & Angus College Staff and Students Volunteer at Mission Christmas

Staff and students from Dundee & Angus College came together to make a real difference by volunteering at the Cash for Kids Mission Christmas campaign.

This incredible initiative helps ensure that every child across the Tayside region receives a gift during the festive season, and we are proud to support this cause once again.

This year, more than 4,500 applications have been received, and there are still many more to go. Cash for Kids relies on the generosity of local communities to fulfil these wishes, and our College community has stepped up in a big way. Our volunteers helped sort and prepare gifts to ensure that children across the region will have a gift to open on Christmas morning.

There is a particular need for donations of gifts for 9 to 12-year-olds and teenagers. These age groups are often the most underrepresented in donations, but they deserve to experience the joy of Christmas just as much as younger children.

At Dundee & Angus College, we are proud of the positive impact our staff and students have on the local community. Volunteering for Mission Christmas is just one example of how we strive to give back and support those in need, especially during the holiday season.

If you would like to help or find out more about where to donate, please visit the Cash for Kids Mission Christmas website or contact a local collection point.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps make a child's Christmas a little brighter.

Let’s continue to spread kindness and support our community this Christmas!
