Units include: Provide client consultation services; Creatively Cut Hair using a combination of techniques; Creatively Colour and Lighten Hair; Provide Colour Correction Services; Creatively Style and Dress Hair; Develop and Enhance your Creative Hairdressing Skills; Contribute to the Planning, Implementation and Evaluation of Promotional Activities.
Candidates currently employed in the Hairdressing Industry
SVQ Level 2 Hairdressing or VTCT Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent. The centre will consider all candidates with prior hairdressing experience for this course. Candidates must also be employed in a salon for a minimum of 3 months prior to commencement of the qualification. Successful candidates will follow a work-based assessment programme in order to achieve the MA in Hairdressing (Level 3).
