Gardyne Theatre Ltd Coronavirus COVID-19 Public Statement

Following the UK and Scottish Governments announcement on the evening of Monday 16 March 2020 to enhance measures to fight the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, the decision has been taken to close Gardyne Theatre for the foreseeable future.

This decision was taken on the morning of Tuesday 17 March 2020 and is effective immediately.

The decision was taken as a result of a national emergency, out with the reasonable control of Gardyne Theatre and in the best interests of our customers, audiences, staff and partners.

We will be in contact with all customers who have a contract with us over the next few days however we are unclear at this stage how long the closure and suspension of activities will last. We will continue to follow Government advice as it is issued.

Customers who have made bookings for a performance will be notified of the closure and provided with information on the process for refunds or exchanges by the booking agent.

We recognise this is an incredibly worrying time for all however we look forward to welcoming all customers back to Gardyne Theatre at the earliest opportunity.
