SVQ Level 3 Facilities Management
Course ContentThis course comprises three mandatory units: Establish and monitor the facilities required by clients; Develop productive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders; Ensure health and safety requirements are met in your area of responsibility. Five optional units can be chosen from an extensive list of units reflecting the wide range of facilities management job roles.
Entry RequirementsNo formal qualifications are required to undertake this work-based qualification. Candidates will be employed in a suitable post within a facilities management/supervisory job role. This course can be started at any point in the academic year.
Method of AssessmentContinuous assessment/e-portfolio.
