SVQ Level 2 Customer Service
Course ContentThis course consists of two mandatory units: Communicate using customer service language and Follow the Rules to deliver customer service. Five optional units can be chosen from an extensive list of units reflecting the wide range of customer service job roles.
Entry RequirementsNo formal qualifications are required to undertake this work-based qualification. Candidates will be employed in a suitable post with access to duties in relation to customer service. This course can be started at any point in the academic year.
Method of AssessmentContinuous assessment/e-portfolio.
Future ProspectsPossible progression to SVQ Level 3 Customer Service.
