For anyone who fancies learning some new dishes to impress the family or friends. From Italian to Indian – Sophy has it covered, 2 recipes per week and a recipe booklet to take home with information on the countries, dishes and paired wine suggestions!! The class will be informative but fun and a total bargain too!!
