This course is designed to enable candidates to obtain the key competencies required for management positions in a wide range of hospitality businesses

Entry Requirements

Successful completion of 15 credits in HNC Professional Cookery together with a satisfactory reference from course tutors.

Method of Assessment

Internal continuous assessments using various methods including open and closed book assessments, observations and projects.

Future Prospects

This qualification can give entry to degree level study at university and also enhance employment opportunities at either general management level or in the management of specialist areas.
