HND Hospitality Management - Year 2
This course is designed to enable candidates to obtain the key competencies required for management positions in a wide range of hospitality businesses. The mandatory units include: Managing Hospitality Organisations; Managing Financial Resources; Hospitality Management Accounting; Management of Food and Beverage Operations; Accommodation Management; Management of Human Resources in Hospitality; Hospitality Management: Graded Unit 2. Plus additional units.
Successful completion of 15 credits in HNC Hospitality together with a satisfactory reference from course tutors.
Method of Assessment
Internal continuous assessments using various methods including open and closed book assessments, observations and projects.
This qualification can give entry to degree level study at university and also enhance employment opportunities at either general management level or in the management of specialist areas.
