A more advanced adult’s ballet class, ideal for those with some previous experience.
It is known that Ballet for adults reverses the signs and feelings of ageing, improves memory and balance. Growing evidence supports the idea that ballet helps Osteoporosis, Parkinson’s and Arthritis. Combining Release, Alexander Technique with Classical Ballet, these classes enhance your posture, mobility, flexibility, imagination, core strength and stamina.
Wear clothes for moving in and soft ballet shoes or socks. Dance gracefully with music, breathe, enjoy and invigorate yourself. Suitable for those over the age of 40.
