The perfect starter for those interested in Bakery/Patisserie and wishing to progress a career into Bakery and also a good follow up from Cake Decorating for those coming from school. This course will act as the perfect stepping stone onto level 7 Patisserie for those with a desire to succeed and take their skills to the next level.
