Students will be involved in both food production and food service and the range of units include: Food Production, Food Service, Events, Costing, Food Hygiene, Customer Care, Employability Skills and developing research and report writing skills.

To have completed four years of secondary education with National 5 qualifications or equivalent grades. A keen interest in hospitality with a view to progressing to HNC Hospitality Management along with a satisfactory reference is required.
This course has been designed to meet the growing needs of the hospitality industry, allowing the learner the opportunity to go straight into employment or into HNC Hospitality.
