Elementary Food Hygiene (REHIS)
This course is designed to provide all food handlers with knowledge and understanding of current food safety practices and legislation. It is a nationally recognised qualification in all sectors of the food and hospitality industries and helps to ensure safe hygienic practices. Areas of study include:
- Personal hygiene
- Food poisoning
- Food storage
- Cross contamination
No formal entry requirements.
Method of Assessment
A multiple choice examination of 30 questions. The examination duration is 30 minutes.
