Human Resource Management: Introduction SCQF 7
This course introduces learners to the activities that make up human resource management and to how these activities contribute to the success of individuals, teams and organisations. It also allows learners to focus on a contemporary human resource management issues of particular interest to themselves. The research and presentation methods demanded in this unit develop skills which are transferrable into the workplace
No formal entry requirements required however it is expected that applicants are pursuing a career in this discipline or may wish to gain a holistic overview of how human resource management can add value to an organisation.
Method of Assessment
Online workshops with tutor support and self-study resources.
Learners completing this unit may wish to progress to the HNC in Human Resource Management.
