Course Content

This distance learning course is suited for those who already work in the hospitality industry or those that would like to start a career in the hospitality industry. This online course covers all of the theoretical knowledge needed to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks in any environment. On completion of this course you can progress on to level 2 in which you will be trained on specialist equipment in a hospitality environment.
