CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice
This is a one-year vocational qualiﬁcation for the housing sector. The aims of this qualification are to provide individuals with the technical knowledge and understanding across a broad range of frontline housing practices at an operational level. The qualification explores general and specialist areas of housing along with housing policy and law. All learners must study ethics and professional practice which supports the development of their own personal growth and engagement in learning and housing.
A background in housing is essential. Candidates who have completed the CIH Level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice and/or working in the housing sector and want to develop skills further or looking to specialise in an area of housing.
Method of Assessment
Students have access to online course materials and are assigned a college tutor who will provide on-going support throughout their studies.
On completion of the CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice, learners can progress to the CIH Level 4 Certiﬁcate in Housing and then onto the Level 5 Diploma.
