Workplace Mindfulness Training
This mindfulness course has been specifically designed to help you deal more effectively with stress in your workplace. Mindfulness has been shown to be very beneficial in the workplace and can help to lower stress and anxiety while increasing well-being, attention, concentration and the quality of your relationships, both in and out of the workplace. If you are not in a job right now, this course will add to your interpersonal skills and CV. Also, by developing a mindfulness practice, your personal relationships with friends and family will also benefit. Kindness to self and others is a key part of this course.
The course will be delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams and in order to take part in the course you will need to purchase a copy of Williams, M. & Penman, D. 2011, Mindfulness: A Practical Guide to Finding Peace in a Frantic World. London: Piatkus. This is a certificated course on completion of the 6 week programme.
