CPA1 Combustion Performance Analysis

Course Content

This course has been designed to refresh Combustion Performance Gas Analysis skills of experienced gas engineers. Areas of study include:

  • Damage and factors that may affect combustion
  • Safe and accurate use of analyser to take CO/CO2 ratios - including probe selection
  • Adjustments needed to remedy combustion problems

You must hold a Domestic Core Gas Safety Certificate.

Method of Assessment

Following the course candidates will complete a BPEC written open book assessment and practical assessment.
