CENWAT1 - Central Heating Boilers and Water Heaters

Course Content

CENWAT covers installation, exchange, commissioning, disconnection, servicing, hot water boilers and circulators, combination boilers, storage water heaters and instantaneous water heaters up to 70kW net heat input.

Installation and maintenance of water heaters. Permitted installation location for appliances. Flue requirements for water heaters. Flue requirements for central heating boilers. Installation and maintenance of gas boilers. Commissioning of water heaters. Commissioning of central heating boilers. Identifying unsafe situations. Service and maintenance.

This assessment replaces CEN1 and WAT1.
