CAD for Beginners
Course Content
Using AutoCAD software, the course covers all the most common commands leading to a drawing project relevant to the candidate’s background. The course demonstrates the use of appropriate BSEN and ISO drawing standards through building up a portfolio of tutorial drawings. Aimed at beginners but flexible enough to focus on areas such as 3D modelling as well as orthographics. The course leads to a Dundee & Angus College certificate which will reflect the areas of competency achieved.This course is delivered over one evening a week over 12 weeks.
Entry Requirements
Ages 16+.
Method of Assessment
This programme follows continuous assessment and certification is awarded by City and Guilds.
