Course ContentThis class will show you how to bake a variety of different breads and rolls including ciabatta, granary, sour dough and basic white, using a wide range of techniques and skills you will learn throughout the course. You will get to take all the bread you bake home with you as well as the recipes, so they can easily be replicated in your own kitchen.
Course content will focus on:
• Basic tools and equipment
• Mixing and kneading the dough, proving and finally shaping and baking
• How easy it is to make basic loaves without additives
Entry RequirementsAge 16+ years.
What Will I Need?You will be provided with a basic kitchen uniform to bring each week. Ingredients will be provided. Specific requirements will be made known at the course induction.
