Course content |
Over 12 months candidates will develop supervisory skills within the hospitality industry, leading a team to improve customer service and supervising food and drink service. Each apprentice is required to achieve the following core skills: • Communication SCQF 6 Candidates are to undertake an enhancement in Health and Safety at Work Certificate & Scottish Licensing Certificate for Personal License Holders in Licensed Premises where appropriate. |
