Our team will be on hand to support you including support on accessing the Wi-Fi network, resetting your password, or setting up multi-factor authentication.
Whilst on campus, if you are a student, you should be using the Eduroam network. Select this network and enter your full email address and password and you will be connecting to our high-speed internet connection. Any problems then ICT will be on hand to help
Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password then browse to office.com. Click Sign-in, type in your Email address and click the Forgotten my password option and the process will then walk you through a password reset
