We have dedicated Help Points in each campus where staff can assist with queries related to any aspect of college life.

Help Point staff will try to resolve your query immediately however if your query requires more specialist support the team will arrange an appointment with our Student Services Team.

We're here to help from
8:30 am-4:30 pm, Monday-Friday
during term-time and remain open throughout the holidays* with the exception of our Christmas break.

Our busiest times are 11 am–2 pm daily, if you are in a hurry or don’t want to wait we suggest visiting outside of these times if possible.
